Mr. Hitesh Goel
Hitesh has worked and lived in Switzerland and Germany as an IT Engineer and in the Medical Devices Business. With a keen eye for entrepreneurship, he has identified the opportunities in India and Germany to work towards fulfilment of the demands of each country and work for the betterment of both.
Hitesh is an IT Engineer by education, and has been working in the Medical Devices industry for the past 5 years. Having set-up multiple offices and industries (Manufacturing) in India and Germany, he is well-versed with both the markets.
Having worked closely with many people from Europe over the past 11 years gives him an unmatched advantage of understanding the culture. His understanding of the European framework of languages and love for learning something new means that he speaks and understands multiple languages – Hindi, English, Punjabi, German (C1), French (A2), Spanish (Basic).
Hitesh has also completed multiple technical certifications (PMP, ITIL v3, ISTQB, etc.) related to quality and management.
He worked closely for the implementation of ISO13485:2016 for his medical devices set-up and understands the quality management systems very-well, which is a pre-requisite to providing any services in Germany and Europe as a whole.
He has travelled to Germany on different visa-types and thus understands the visa process very well.
Ms. Geetika Gupta
Ms. Geetika is a French language specialist, who has been teaching French for the past 18 years. Holding a B.Ed degree, she holds all the skills required for imparting knowledge in the best ways possible.
She can be truly called a people’s person, since having interacted with over 500 candidates aspiring to immigrate to Canada, she truly understands their requirements and pain-points.
Our constant discussions with Ms. Geetika over people’s needs and Business needs, has led us to understand the customer psyche better than ever and her perspectives have given us the foundation to set-up our business model in alignment to the customer needs.
She holds a C1 level certification in French language and an 8/9 in IELTS.
With an understanding of the European culture, immigrants’ needs and their required trainings, she is tasked with making our Business model more robust. Her keen interest in following world news, also helps us get access to important regulatory changes in different countries and the steps to be taken as early as possible.
She brings in a diverse perspective to our team leaning on German knowledge skills and helps us strike the right balance.
Ms. Hina Goel
Hina has an exceptional network of people from Europe due to her constant travel to Switzerland over the past 11 years as a flight attendant for Swiss Air.
She has the experience of setting-up and heading an institute for aviation and foreign-language training and has been teaching German language to students of all ages (8 years to 50 +) for the past 12 years.
Apart from being C1 certified in German language, she has completed the DLL Module (Deutsch als Fremdsprache), which enhances her German teaching abilities.
With a Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism studies, her knowledge complements her profile beautifully and makes her a name to reckon with as the go-to person for German language in the city of Faridabad. She conducts seminars on German language regularly, in some of the top-notch educational institutions in Faridabad.
Her German speaking abilities are not limited to the city of Faridabad, and for the past 3 years she has moved on to teaching candidates all over the world including Germany, Singapore, Dubai and Tanzania. A reflection of her abilities comes from the fact that over 80% of her current students are based in Germany.

Ms. Deepika Hassija
Ms. Deepika is the scholar of our team! Teaching at the International School of Tanganyika having students from over 20 Nations, she gives us perspectives as diverse as possible.
A holder of M.Ed and M.Phil degrees, knowledge based conversations with her can be both enriching and intimidating. Her hold of English language is exceptional and combined with her knowledge, you can be lost for both words and content when speaking to her.
Having experience of selecting a course and university out of over 50 choices for her own daughters, is something that makes her our obvious choice as an education specialist.
She is tasked with finding the best University and course for students aspiring to study in Germany as per their skill level. She not only knows what is the best currently, she has a deep understanding of what might be useful 5-10 years down the line. She can counsel students as well as their parents due to her obvious skills and experiences in this domain.
She is also the director and 50% shareholder of a GmbH in Germany, which means she has an understanding of the market and culture as well.
Ms. Sarika Bhog
When it comes to living in diverse conditions, we do not have a consultant with as varied living experiences as Ms. Sarika.
She has lived in the cities of Faridabad, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Chennai in India, Johannesburg in South Africa and Connecticut and Dallas in the United States of America to name a few.
She has a rich experience of working with corporates like Genpact and Accenture for over 10 years. Being from the corporate world and having worked as a recruiter and trainer for many years, she understands the needs of the employers and the employees, making her an obvious choice as our Job Consultant.
Having worked and sometimes struggled through various visa laws and categories, she understands exactly what goes through people’s minds when they are trying to move to a different country for better job prospects. Be it financials, regulatory, emotional and social changes, work-culture, etc. she has experienced it all herself.
Having worked closely with recruiting teams, she also understands the perspectives and apprehensions of organizations trying to bring in talent from an alien land.

Dr. Wolfgang W. Gottstein
Dr. Gottstein is a full-time online consultant for us, who gives us the much needed perspective from Germany. Being a native German and highly experienced, he understands the mindset, requirements and culture of Germany better than anyone else in our team.
He got his PhD (Dr. rer. nat) in Chemistry and started working in 1980. He worked as a product manager
with turbidimetric assays, ELISA tests (Hormones, Tumor Marker, Thyroid, etc.) and later on moved to marketing and distribution of diagnostics, further moving on to handle international marketing in multiple countries across Europe.
He later founded his own company in Germany and has been involved in consulting activities for us since a long time. He has previously done many consulting activities for companies like Biognosis GmbH, ABION GmbH, AXIOM GmbH, HUMAN GmbH, AlphaScience, Mindsense (Israel), BMD (France), HiSS Diagnostika GmbH, Asuragen (USA), etc.
At Siraka, he specializes in providing counselling sessions to students aspiring to study PhD in Germany. He is also involved in all Business activities that need to be set-up by Siraka in Germany.
His experience of handling CE Marking in Germany, also gives us the necessary regulatory know-how required to function in Germany.
Dr. Karishma Bakshi
With over 3 years of experience as a Postdoctoral fellow in Germany and Switzerland, Ms. Karishma is the de facto mentor to most of our higher education aspirants.
On a mission to improve human health, she is currently working as a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow in Zurich University, Switzerland, having previously worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Max Planck Institute, Germany. Having published papers in international journals, she is a reviewer in Cell press journal Heliyon, USA as well. Having travelled, studied and worked across Europe, she is not only well-versed with the various procedures, but also understands the recruitment process very well. She has the ability to guide students for higher studies as well as jobs alike.
Her multiple experiences have enabled her to excel at organizing, setting-up and managing a research laboratory. Her understanding of the European culture is brilliant as she has worked with people from over 10 nationalities.
Candidates are very comfortable with Ms. Karishma because she not only understands the visa and admission processes very deeply, but also imparts information related to her varied technical experiences in the field of research including cancer, virology, molecular biology, DNA damage, etc. which helps give the candidates direction for writing their own motivation letters
Mr. Jochen Hefe
Jochen Hefer, born in Hagen in 1965, studied history and politics in Freiburg, Basel, and Lille (earning his master's degree). He completed his law studies in Freiburg. He has been practicing law in Freiburg since 1996. In 1999, he became a partner at the law firm Graf Kanitz · Lieder · Härtel (later Kraske Härtel Rechtsanwälte). From 2007 to 2020, he was a partner at the Hiddemann | Kleine-Cosack law firm.
His practice focuses on advising medium-sized companies on start-ups, financing, capital measures, restructurings, corporate transactions, cooperations, and restructurings outside of insolvency proceedings. Jochen Hefer has particular experience in the areas of real estate, renewable energies, and manufacturing.
Mrs Eshita Sahay
Eshita, an engineer by training and a consultant by passion, brings with her over a decade of experience in the IT industry. Her move to Germany proved to be a transformative journey—igniting a deep appreciation for the German language and culture. Since then, she has been actively teaching German.
Certified at the B2 level, Eshita also possesses strong spoken German skills, honed over nearly eight years of living in Germany.
Additionally, she is well-versed in the cultural nuances and social norms that prevail in the German-speaking world.
Mr. Rohit Goyal
Rohit Goyal comes with a strong 30 years of industry experience in Information Technology, Manufacturing and Plastic Recycling.
He is an Electronics Design Engineer followed up with a Diploma in Marketing. To further facilitate his skills in business studies and entrepreneurship, he completed a 1 year certificate program for Senior Managers. He continuously polished his skills through various trainings especially in Data Analytics, Statistics and Quality Processes.
He is widely traveled and have worked in many parts of the world since 1996. Having worked with some of the leading marquee customers, he is well versed with their needs and expected deliverables. During his career he experimented with his own entrepreneurship ventures especially in e-commerce. His knowledge in polymer compounding, plastic recycling and manufacturing as a whole is a great asset.
His Engineering and Management background is reflected in the work expended. He has resolved numerous complex business problems whether it is in business or during software solution implementation. He has a deep experience in various ERP and CRM applications; and bespoke software development. He understands the changing technological and economic landscape across the world.
He loves to travel and play chess.
