Training, one of the foundation stones of Siraka’s India-German journey, is our core strength and at the heart of our delivery. When we mention that we are taking the delivery responsibility, it is because we are confident of the trainings we are conducting at each level and the cultural exposure that we have to give the candidates the right message and orientation.
All German related and aviation trainings at Siraka are conducted through our group company – “Institute of Skill Development by Freon LLP”
Language Training
We have been conducting German language training since 2012 in our individual capacities and since 2017 as an organisation. Our audience includes people from the age group of 6 to 60+.
We have school students (CBSE, IB, Cambridge), corporate professionals, healthcare professionals, college students, housewives, etc. as our clients from countries including India, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, USA, UAE, Vietnam and Tanzania.
Cultural Training
With our experience of having lived and worked in different countries, we understand the criticality of adopting the culture of every region that one lives in. This is exactly what differentiates us, since we boast of multiple consultants from different countries which enables each one of us to understand this sensibility. Additionally, we conduct regular sessions with natives from German speaking countries to enhance this knowledge.
Orientation to the German System
Before someone starts working, they must be able to arrange basic services like food, shelter and transport for themselves in whichever city they choose to settle in. We give hands on training on basic subjects like ordering food, being accustomed to the transport systems which includes training candidates on Deutsche Bahn booking apps, sbb.ch, etc.
Corporate Training
With our consultants’ experience in multinational brands like Swiss Air, Swisscom, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Alliance Francais, International School of Tanganyika, etc. and our knowledge of German and Swiss culture, we know what the corporates are looking for and provide perfect solutions, tailored to your needs.
We conduct German language and culture trainings for corporate both in-house in our training centres and on-prem.
IT training
With a cumulative experience of 30+ years in Information Technology, we have a network spread across India. We conduct multiple trainings in this area, mostly through our delivery partners.
Audit training
Over the years, working across multiple sectors we have been able to gain extensive knowledge in the area of auditing and quality management. We work in the areas of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, GRI Reporting, and many more, especially in the area of Medical Devices. We conduct these trainings ourselves as well as through our delivery partners.
Aviation Training
With over 17 years of experience in aviation, and 3 years of experience running an aviation training institute, we provide training for flight attendants (cabin-crew) as well as ground staff. We also provide multiple placement opportunities in this area.
