While Siraka’s focus area in the white-collar professions is only Information Technology (IT), its focus on blue-collar professions ranges from Nurses, Electricians, Plumbers, Site-Engineers, Construction workers, Tailors, etc., depending on  the requirements. Almost all blue-collar professionals require German language and cultural training. Our training arm “Institute of Skill Development by Freon” conducts all these trainings in-house and ensures that the candidates are ready for their assignment before they even land in Germany.
